Designed for celebrated Nigerian comedian and actor AY the Comedian, the AY House is a true embodiment of presence, poise, and performance—just like the man himself. 

From the moment you step through the door, the house makes a statement: a grand piano at the entrance sets the tone for sophistication and rhythm—a prelude to the architectural experience within. At the heart of the home lies a sculptural curved staircase, dramatically sweeping through the centre of the space like a piece of performance art.  Flooded with natural light, the white-on-white interiors and expansive windows create an atmosphere of clarity, calm, and contemporary luxury—inviting both serenity and spectacle into daily living.
